An accomplished leader and planner with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Auditing, in addition to this he is backed up with prestigious certifications like Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Consultant (CFC), Certified Budgeting Professional (CBP), A Certified Strategic Planner and a member of Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) USA, as well as Arab Society of Certified Accountants (ASCA). He possesses a distinguished career with Ministry of Finance, UAE as Senior Financial Controller (Year 1995 -2006) and as General Manager of Al Taher Group of Companies. Apart from this, he is also very well known for his association with the charitable institutions and sports associations in the country. Currently he is also holding the position of General Secretary, Asian Chess Federation and presents his views on financial and related matters through various media. Hisham’s other areas of expertise includes the corporate business particularly real estate, local & international share markets.

Vijay is the partner and CEO of HLB Hamt, a Chartered Accountant, with more than 20 years of experience in industrial and commercial matters having worked with Price Water House Coopers. He was involved in the audit and business advisory services of various multinational companies, local companies and business groups in numerous industries including manufacturing, trading and service companies.

Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kumar is a qualified CPA from USA and has experience of over 15 years in auditing and business consultancy services. He has also been associated with audit responsibilities of varied multinational companies that have enhanced his practical experience over the years. He has skillfully designed and implemented accounting and financial reporting systems for varied business and has extensive working knowledge in areas such as financial planning and business consultancy.

Jay Krishnan

Partner for offices in the northern emirates of UAE; Jay Krishnan is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Jay Krishnan had long international career in the field of Auditing, Finance and Consultancy Services and has worked for the international accounting firms in India and Middle East. He is handling the quality assurance and training programs with HLB Hamt and is engaged in the business consultancy services in UAE.
